- validating the Global Mobility technology during the implementation of Global Mobility outsourcing services for new clients of the firm - providing ongoing support to update configuration of the system on an ongoing basis, such as configuring workbooks, lookups, notifications - requirements gathering, testing and verification of the implemented solutions in cooperation with the client - preparing and reviewing cost projections, assignment balance sheet reports and transactions as well as the overall set up of assignees in the system - acting as Global Mobility Consultant for client’s mobile population as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage the full lifecycle of the international move - running and creating reports for clients or engagement teams as appropriate - providing recommendations on future enhancements of Global Mobility processes and policy development, including downstream process innovations - reviewing and analysing Global Mobility policies and providing recommendations based on market data and internal expertise

All responsibilities described under Senior Global Mobility Specialist role and additionally: - supporting Global Mobility Manager during absences - audit of cost projections and documentation produced by team members - cooperation with Global Mobility Payroll team Additional projects: - involvement in policy work (benchmarking, preparing and delivering Webinars for HR population globally) - ensuring KPMG LinkE is updated in line with new policies (requirements gathering, leading testing of the new policies in the system and assigning team members to validate particular aspects of the policies) - leading Online Initiations project (Workflow) – introducing a platform used by HR to initiate new assignments / transfers, which would automatically create records in KPMG LinkE

- managing end to end relocation process for assignees and transferees globally - briefing assignees and HR Managers on all relevant aspects of an assignment / transfer - working with vendors (Relocation, Medical and Tax Companies) to ensure good colleague experience - acting as a key point of contact on all international related topics, keeping all key players informed of steps/deadlines: colleagues, line of business, HRBP etc., Business, Payroll, Immigration and Security teams - production of cost estimates and assignment/transfer documents - ensuring Workday and all GM records in KPMG Link E are up-to-date - running and distribution of ad hoc and regular reports required by the GM team and the business - reviewing and approving GM vendors’ invoices - analyzing GM trends - identifying areas of process and policies improvement - configurating KPMG Link Enterprise tool as a system super user, (AIRINC Tables and Indexes uploads, Legend Lookup tables, Allowances configuration)

- responsible for efficient end-to-end process of sourcing and recruitment - working out recruitment strategy for assigned vacancies - vendor management - acting as a Recruitment Business Partner and Career Advisor - preparing internal and external job postings (in agreement with hiring manager) - advertising open vacancies in Applicant Tracking System, on job portals, career offices - active search - pre-selection of applications and conducting phone screen interviews with candidates - interviewing and providing recommendations to hiring managers, providing feedback to the candidates - conducting research (market mapping, initial search for specific roles, any additional search as required) - maintaining candidates’ database and updating candidates' status - ad-hoc, weekly, monthly reporting with regards to recruitment activities

- screening, selecting and interviewing candidates for entry level & specialist roles - end-to-end recruitment for all roles requested by business leads - conducting f2f interviews with candidates - responsible for all recruitment activities (setting strategies, advertising vacancies, sourcing, short listing, both telephone and face-to-face interviews, offers, exit interviews) - using alternative sourcing channels - supporting Hiring Managers in recruitment for their teams - assisting at offer preparation & hiring actions - reporting recruitment results - planning and executing employer branding activities (cooperating with wide range of students' organizations both in Poland and abroad, planning and conducting events at Universities, Facebook)

- supporting recruitment projects (including arranging interviews, Assessment Centre sessions - administering candidates' database, contacting candidates, screening applications, conducting initial phone conversations with candidates, preparing reports and statistics etc.) - participating in internal HR projects and daily department activities (job fairs, Induction Days, supporting current duties) - making research on the market
