* Responsible for the technical work program of 140 professional and support personnel on the EMET contract supporting a contractor operated facility at the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (USAEPG), Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The mission of the facility was to perform system-level analysis of electromagnetic compatibility and vulnerability of communications-electronics systems when they are deployed in their intended environment. Supported four major work areas: * System analysis and equipment characteristic measurement including laboratory and large scale field test activities; * Construction and maintenance of equipment and organizational data bases containing all of the emitters found on both the friendly and enemy sides of the battlefield; * Large scale modeling and simulation in which the battlefield electromagnetic environment is recreated for system performance analysis; * Research and development activities for new simulation and test methodologies to enhance capabilities.
