Designed and developed an intelligent procurement classification chatbot to automate the identification and categorization of buyer needs using natural language input. Fine-tuned and deployed state-of-the-art transformer models (BERT, GPT-2, Mistral) with Hugging Face Transformers and Inference API. Implemented Prompt Engineering, LLMs Orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to boost relevance and contextual understanding. Addressed challenges such as data imbalance, semantic ambiguity, and real-time user interaction with robust NLP pipelines.
