Observe.AI (YC ’18 | $213M+ raised from SoftBank & other investors) Core contributor to the Enterprise Platform powering large-scale AI Agents and AI Copilots for Contact Centers, owning and evolving mission-critical backend infrastructure across Authentication/SSO/RBAC, User & Team identity services, API Gateway (Kong on NGINX), Kafka-based eventing, and internal platform libraries used company-wide. Architected and led the end-to-end development of a centralized Notification Microservice (greenfield) in under six weeks, designed for horizontal scale and high throughput. Implemented Kafka-backed async pipelines, SMTP delivery, AWS SES feedback loops via SNS → SQS fan-out, idempotent consumers, retry semantics, DLQs, and Flyway-managed PostgreSQL schema migrations with strict backward compatibility guarantees. Designed and implemented SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and full identity lifecycle management (create/update/deactivate/reactivate) tightly integrated with SSO, RBAC, and enterprise directory providers, unlocking large-enterprise deployments and reducing onboarding friction for customers such as Uber, SoFi, and DoorDash. Built high-throughput data ingestion and CDC pipelines (~15,000 RPS sustained) as a first-party replacement for Hevo/Fivetran, using Kafka Connect + Debezium (self-hosted) to stream change events from MongoDB and PostgreSQL into Snowflake and Databricks with near-real-time guarantees, schema evolution handling, and operational observability. Owned and extended API Gateway infrastructure (Kong/NGINX), focusing on authentication middleware, request routing, rate-limiting, and service isolation for enterprise workloads operating at scale. Contributed to internal Kafka libraries and platform abstractions, standardizing event schemas, consumer patterns, failure handling, and cross-service communication across the microservices ecosystem.

Converted uncertain requirements into deterministic, feasible, scalable code. • Refractored entire codebase of website capable of streaming responses from LLM back to the user in real time via SSE. • Build the android and iOS app of Hexo AI

• Build the complete user interface and admin dashboard for boilers and other machine equipment readings • Improved the graph plotting re-fresh rate by 40% using custom javascipt components • Removed 95% of the type-error bugs by migrating the codebase from javascript to typescript

• Conducted research to track ovulation cycle and developed an algorithm to find best time for conceiving a child. • Implemented Nivo Charts and other Material UI components for Dashboard and Ovulation Tracker application. • Designed the preliminary development of the back-end Primary API architecture.

Worked as a full stack web developer intern, where my task varied all from working on frontend, backend and database management. • Worked on different full stack web development projects like GoalFi and PowerGrid website for Telangana government. • Added PostgreSQL support to PowerGrid project and worked on KYC Aadhar Card integration page on GoalFi.
