Assisted Head of Operations (Main Office) in leading the operations team, ensured smooth running of day-to-day operations as well as logistic management for Part A Bar Examinations. Involved in continuous improvement of operations policies, system processes, compliance, service quality and training. Implemented new business initiatives with course providers and relevant agencies. Developed talents and succession planning for operations, as well as fostered good working relationships between different functions and departments. Managed staff performance review, appraisal through coaching and motivating staff to enhance work performance. Coordinated notices and announcements about the Continuing Professional Development scheme across different marketing platforms and ensuring the list of accredited learning activities is up-to-date. Developed OJT and conducted training programmes for in house colleagues and external parties. Assisted DoC in reviewing CPD training programmes and accrediting courses.

Processing new membership applications and handling customer queries.

Involved in training operations, from system processes such as managing the trainers’ engagement, intellectual property, information technology, quality and compliance as well as managing event processes viz. participants’ engagement, training administration, assessment administration and billing and fee collection. Besides managing training operations in employability campus, he also involved in Sales & Marketing and successfully contextualised training programmes for corporate clients. His impressive portfolio was to assist his General Manager in Continuous Improvement Review such as outcome evaluation system and WSQ related administrative system.

Involved in preparing Chinese catalog and assessment work pertaining to both Maths and Science.
