Analyze and communicate data to clients for informed decision-making. *Improve stakeholder engagement by developing strategic communication materials, creating effective presentations, and facilitating collaborative client meetings. *Ensure timely delivery of change and project plans with tight deadlines by mindfully guiding project activities and proactively communicating and managing documentation.

Co-led organizational change management efforts for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s transition to a hybrid work structure from strategy design through implementation. *Conducted industry research, facilitated stakeholder interviews, and developed a change management plan with employee training recommendations. *Prepared employees to thrive in a hybrid setting by collaboratively designing and executing a two-week hybrid Future of Work Orientation program, featuring interactive events, training, and workshops. *Obtained leadership team alignment for change initiatives by establishing and maintaining effective communication and engagement with senior leadership. *Developed key messaging and communication materials, such as workshop presentations, a promotional video, and the “Manager’s Transition Guide”.

Business operations support for the Fuels and Combustion Science Group within the Center for Integrated Mobility Sciences. Edited presentations, documents, and research papers. Managed client-facing engagements while adhering to government regulations and procedural requirements. *Facilitated lab inspections, analyzed findings and reports, and improved inspection efficiency by developing resources and effectively delegating tasks. *Procured lab equipment and services utilizing a laboratory-issued purchase card, created expense reports, and administered the purchase card while ensuring compliance with laboratory policy.

Supported design, development, distribution, and implementation of a lab-wide survey. Monitored survey response status and delivered technical support. Evaluated both qualitative and quantitative data for proposal report.
