I am an industrial real estate expert and an Executive Vice President at CBRE focusing my efforts on industrial sale and lease transactions in South Florida. I specialize in tenant and landlord representation for local, regional and national clients. Currently, my team handles over 10M square feet of leasing assignments owned by some of the largest institutions in the world, such as First Industrial, Prologis, Terreno, Clarion, Brookfield, Morgan Stanley and Bridge Development Partners. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, my clients benefit from my innovative and dynamic approach to strategic deal-making while providing a variety of service lines offering key solutions for all of their real estate requirements. Prior to joining CBRE in 2010, I spent 8 years at Codina / Flagler Real Estate Services. While at Flagler, I played an integral part and worked with a team of professionals responsible for the successful leasing of Beacon Lakes Industrial Park (a joint venture between Flagler Development Group and AMB Property), one of the largest industrial parks in South Florida encompassing approximately 500 gross acres and 5 million SF of industrial space. Additionally, I served as the leasing broker for Beacon Industrial Park, a ±800,000 SF, a master-planned business park owned by AMB Property located in Miami-Dade County’s Airport West market.
