* Responsible for providing customer service, clerical and administrative support for the Personal Investment Officer by doing the following: * · Inquires and response may be written, by telephone or personal visit. * · Interact with customers to solve any operational problems or answer any related questions as required by PIO. * · Assign processing new accounts transfers, and orders. * · Insure that any account opened has the necessary and required information. * · Create and/or receive order tickets as well as login them on a commission blotter prior to sending them to operations. * · Maintain customer and compliance files. * · Assist with seminars. * · Other duties as assigned.
