About

Throughout my career, I've helped college students navigate life after graduation, connected founders with the right people to grow their businesses, and guided families toward educational resources that fit their needs. I thrive at the intersection of people, networks, and opportunity. Most recently, I launched Tokyo Connector, which is a service designed exclusively for university students who want to use Tokyo strategically, for career growth, language immersion, and professional networking. Based in Cambridge, MA, I bring a decade of on-the-ground Tokyo experience directly to students in one of the most university-dense regions in the world. With a background in strategic partnerships, business development, and operations management, I have a proven track record of designing and scaling impactful programs across diverse sectors.Originally from Taoyuan, Taiwan, I have lived, studied, and worked across Asia, Europe, and the United States. I hold a Master of Philosophy in Japanese Studies from the University of Cambridge and am a permanent resident of both Japan and the U.S., allowing me to work in either country without visa sponsorship.

OSAGARI PROJECT is a platform for people to receive & give baby hand-me-downs. The goal is to connect parents to promote a sustainable lifestyle! My daughter was born in March 2020, just right at the beginning of the pandemic. Both my husband and I are foreigners in Japan. Due to Japan's strict regulations during COVID-19, our families were not able to come visit us and the newborn baby. Often time, I felt quite lonely and helpless as a new mom without family support. Thankfully, I found many mom groups online and was able to make some mom friends. Through interacting with these mom friends, I noticed that we are constantly giving away items that our baby is no longer using, such as toys, clothes, and books. Therefore, I had the idea to create a platform for parents to give and receive baby items. And that is OSAGARI PROJECT.
