Managed multiple projects, including procuring furniture for Ministry of Interior, calculating costs for Beirut municipality gardens (excavating, painting, fencing, landscaping), and renovating and decorating private residences ranging in size from 200 -1200 square meters.

Coordinated infrastructure and building renovations in Ras Al Nabeh region of Lebanon, planning, managing, and updating progress using Primavara and MS Project. Developed and reviewed project planning and programming, liaising with client and staff to ensure achievement of quality objectives. Supervised highway construction (rural road, subgrade, asphalt, paving, and retaining wall).

 Managed all quality assurance and quality control aspects of Al-Kharj Road Infrastructure project, including preparing daily reports and conducting site inspections.  Provided onsite supervision for construction team, ensuring that all procedures followed guidelines, safety policies, and operating parameters for Riyadh Metro.  Conducted surveys to validate vertical alignment of drainage lines system.

*  Coordinated major project for Bawwabat Makkah Project (Residential 10 square km), completing the project within budget and three weeks ahead of scheduled due date. *  Conducted daily and weekly briefings with client and staff, preparing and delivering daily and weekly project reports. *  Ensured that all necessary regulatory documents were approved, liaising between company and regulatory agencies and authorities to minimize misunderstandings and resolve all issues immediately and effectively. *  Controlled and managed all technical and project documentation related to the rollout.

 Oversaw design and installation of water GLS tanks contract for Jeddah 2nd Industrial City. Reviewed and approved/disapproved all construction drawings and submittals.  Documented site progress, preparing and updating Excel spreadsheet daily. Prepared monthly invoices and progress reports. Developed requests for information (RFI) and non-compliance reports (NCR).  Provided onsite supervision, prioritizing and delegating tasks, providing motivation and direction to create a positive work environment and ensure accurate, on-time project completion.  Oversaw quality assurance compliance, ensuring all relevant personnel were fully conversant with equipment operations, in accordance with environmental health and safety guidelines.

*  Controlled all technical structural drawings related to project, ensuring that all drawings met government safety standards. *  Maintained quality assurance specifications for all concrete and steel work, reviewing all RFIs and NCRs and resolving and escalating issues as necessary. *  Oversaw project progress, reviewing schedules from contractors to ensure timely project completion. *  Generated project documentation, preparing reports and communications with Diar consultant. *  Served as consultant with Sofitel operator and Bin Ladin ABCD contractor.

Prepared schedule and bill of quantities (BOQ) pricing for Oncology Center, Amir Sultan Military Hospital, and Chronology Center. Reviewed construction drawings for labor camp projects in Jubail and Yanbu.

Coordinated construction of Jeddah storm drainage project (part of Project Storm Water). Prepared master plan and validation reports. Oversaw construction of open channels and five backfill dams with geomembrane installation. Managed quality control for lowering underground water level using perforated pipes.

Responsible for estimating, preparing bids, developing plans, implementing, and maintaining 500-meter culvert of 4x4 meters cross section with expansion joints every 25 meters.Coordinated renovation of AUB Hospital.
