- Merge: Responsible for restructure purchasing area, define new process, employee hiring and training, people development, flexibility and resilience to solve conflicts. - Results focused: KPI creation and tracking to reach the targets, hands-on profile and continuous feedback to subordinates. - Cost reduction: Strategy definition to cost reduction negotiation with the sourcing team, new products development with engineering, headcount reduction due to lean office concepts (patternization and automatization process, daily job changes to extract the best of each employee). - Inventory control: Purchase order and price aplication approval, tracking and design inventory to meet sales revenue levels, aging analysis and actions to use those materials, safety stock analysis for long lead time parts. - Supervision: Sourcing, procurement and MRO supervision, interaction and strategy definition with buyers from another facilities.

- Purchasing: Purchase order placing for purchasing requisition opened for direct and indirect material with the quality, price and delivery as requested. Sourcing: Find new suppliers using strategic sourcing to compare and reduce costs and supplier measurement to have a good on time delivery, saving and paymment term. - Strategy: Open PO division among suppliers, considering production capacity x cost. - Follow-Up: Strong follow up in the delivery process to have material available in the promised date.

- MRP planning: Direct and indirect materials planning, forecast and safety stock analysis, expire materials control (FEFO), shortage meetings - Purchasing: Purchase order placing in SAP system, shipping process to subcontractors, on time delivery reports, planned x done reports.

- Purchasing analysis: Safety stock management, quarterly planning purchases for a PC and notebooks factory. Sourcing: find new suppliers, measurement based on OTD, paymment term and product quality. - Quotation and negotiation: Quotation and negotiation to find the best conditions of price, quality and delivery, targets definition with suppliers.

- Planning: Production planning, maintainance in the Bill Of Material, purchasing reports, safety stock, management reports and inventory. Production control: Work order tracking, filling quality KPI's, work orders storage files, creation finished goods balance and cost calculation. - Reports: Suporting manager with graphics and slides presentation creation. - Receiving, picking and shipping: Nota fiscal receiving, picking and kitting, shipping process, serial number control, cycle counts and all warehouse routine.
