Specialized in the construction of both residential and commercial concrete foundations. This involved reading blueprints and laying out dimensions for the foundation, setting crane-lifted panels into place, and working with concrete as it is being poured into the form. Involved working with a team of 4-5 members, and utilizing problem solving skills often.

Specialized in polyurethane formulations used in footwear applications. Assisted in the development of a low cost, low density foam formulation for shoe insoles, which is currently in production. Assisted in several other outsole, midsole, and insole formulations for a variety of customers, from sports shoes, to boots, to casual shoes. Gained extensive knowledge in formulating, as well as process control and process safety. Also performed physical and analytical testing on sample plaques. Received certifications on the Desma RGE 4011 injection moulding machine, and the Desma 559 open pour machine. Also received training in hand mixing techniques and reactivity tests.

Responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing Advanced Process Controls in order to optimize the performance of a paper mill. Also worked on the configuration of software to provide the mill with a platform to perform advanced Data Analysis. Specifically worked to deliver a predictive maintenance tool that the mill used to improve the availability and up-time of equipment. Gained experience in vibration monitoring and MS SQL Server throughout the process of configuring the software.
