I started out labouring with Giorgio Earthworks in South Hedland, my role was pretty much Hanging signs, erecting barriers and cleaning up around the work site for 3 weeks. Then I got contracted onto Fortescue Metals Group in Port Hedland, I was employed as a general labourer inspecting Iron Ore Chutes on Plant Equipment such as Ship Loaders and Reclaimers. I also maintained Ship Loaders and got the ready for Shut Down Works. I was employed with Fortescue Metals Groupfor 5 weeks, but contract fell short.

I worked as a General Carpenters Labourer, I performed general labouring duties such as landscaping, erecting lattice works, use of both power and hand tools. I also done a bit of administration tasks such as creating purchase orders. I have also removed and replaced windows/doors & Prep for painters.

I am the first Liaison Officer that Queensland Police Service has employed in the remote Aboriginal Community of Hope Vale. I liaise with culturally specific communities to foster co-operation and understanding. I also advise police officers on the cultural beliefs, needs and protocols of the community in which they work. Identify potential crime or disorder problems in the community and advise and assist in prevention strategies. I have Establish and maintained communication between the community and police. I aim improve community access to policing services and refer to other services where necessary.
