Over the last 5 years, I worked for 2 years in a law firm, being responsible for preparing and organizing court hearings, analyzing regulations, and contacting clients. A very responsible, multi-tasking job that requires making decisions quickly and under stress. Then from the start of covid, I worked in Tenerife as an Apartment Manager. It was an international rental of 15 apartments for clients from around the world. In this job my responsibilities were: contact with the client (booking, customer support at any time of the day or night - all in English), I organized all the rental facilities (cleaning service, laundry and technical inspection of the apartments, which was a real challenge during the covid). At that time, I was organizing accommodation for pilots of transport planes who were bringing medical supplies to Tenerife. In this job, I proved myself organizationally, communicatively and linguistically. Good planning allowed me to carry out tasks that ended positively. Often in stressful situations I can talk to people and solve their problems in a cultured and peaceful way. For the last two years I have been working as a Board Assistant in an international company that employs 600 people. A very varied job requiring the performance of several matters at once under pressure, responsible, intensive and requiring good planning, supervision over the implementation of tasks, the ability to communicate in a team, organizing and enforcing assigned tasks for departments in order to prepare reports on activities. One of my strengths is, above all, good planning and organization of entrusted tasks that must be done well in a short time. I can search, investigate and think. I am polite and very responsible, I believe that nothing is impossible to do at work.
