• Manage the onboarding of Supplier to ensure compliance to JLL and client requirements • Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to health & safety, bank and insurance requirements • Liaison with supplier for documents collecting in proposal processes • Vendor master data set up • Manage and maintain contract documentation, sourcing initiatives documentation • Compliance and contract analytics reporting

• Data analysis and financial reporting • Managing Vendors data (SAP) • Raising and managing Purchase Orders • Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms • Resolving ad-hoc queries Vendor queries, showcasing a commitment, and optimizing supply chain efficiency • Delivering monthly reports of Statement of Works, resulting in increased efficiency
