Plan the schedule of each assigned and related job according to the company's policy including the man power, budget in order to operate the organization, organize the subordinates to follow up the assigned job, review and establish manufacturing standards, new projects feasibility analysis, method analysis, standard line balances, specify tools and equipment, tool design and making, issue the operational method sheets to define work, verify and Total Quality Control (T.Q.C.) supporting in flow manufacturing, implementing engineering changes, supporting to increase the inventory turn and follow up the projects to reduce cost, maintenance (building, grounds, machines) cost estimating and international assignment in engineering support and cooperation team.

Work in Production Engineering Department. Supervise to support production, maintain toolings and equipments on line, set up the Standard operating procedure of process engineering, preventive maintenance and calibration system to meet the I.S.O. standard and B.E.A.B. requirement, issue working instruction to control the assembly process, packaging design, evaluate on engineering issue, set up yield improvement program including scrap reduction. work as a project leader of new product transfer, and product formula of new product to B.O.I.

Support production line, issue process instruction to start procedure of the process including tooling and sub-assembly, part number and off-spec. authorization to deviate from spec. or note in the drawing, maintain tooling and equipment on line, yield tracking by using QA and production data to solve the process and product design problem, review and comment on engineering change evaluation, and managing technicians in production line in order to continue flowing process. Take CNC programming course at Technical Training Center of FANUC Ltd. • Take Japanese language course at Central Skill Development Center in Japan.
