Acted as a reliable bridge between Chinese management and Indonesian employees by providing translation and smooth communication. Entrusted to organize and supervise workers’ performance in carrying out assignments from senior management. Actively involved on-site to support operational tasks and oversee the construction progress of a Chinese-owned coconut milk factory.

Worked as a freelance private tutor, providing academic support in various subjects including Mathematics, English, and Mandarin. Responsible for managing teaching plans that adapt to student's learning style, preparing modules for school exams, and assessing student's academic progress.

In the construction of Auto 2000 Showroom on Veteran Street, Palembang, I participated as an intern to assist the site manager, logistics, surveyor, draftsmen, construction workers, and construction superintendent. I learned basic construction management skills and also assessing the quality of the construction.

Managing KMBP’s inventory (stocks and audits) and membership. Initiating, managing, and supervising around 8 work programs while also leading my member to work as a team and learn new things in inventory management. Building strong bonds among KMBP members as one of the internal division. At the end of my role as the Head of Inventory Division, I successfully executed all 8 of my work programs alongside with other Head of Division and my members.

KMBP is organizing an event to share Dhamma and also to narrate the journey of Siddharta Gautama before he achieved enlightenment as the Buddha. I took part as the moderator, whose job is to moderate the event with the speaker in front of many people while also preparing a few emergency questions, just in case there are no questions from the participants.
