Liu Wenlang graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology (2019) and an M.S. in Computational Chemistry from Wuhan University of Technology (2022). He has over 6 years of experience in computational chemistry and medicinal chemistry-driven molecular design, beginning with industry-sponsored projects during his master’s studies. Currently serving as Director of Computational Chemistry & Medicinal Chemistry Design at Yulu Qianxing Biotechnology. Also led design of BGM1812, advanced from initiation to PCC within one year. • Independently initiated and designed an innovative FIC cyclic peptide program, generating early active molecules and receiving licensing interest from a global pharma R&D/BD executive. • Supported an antibody optimization program with a San Francisco biotech company, improving aggregation and immunogenicity properties. Program has entered international Phase I trials. • Contributed to a Phase II type II c-Met inhibitor program with Beijing Anshi Biotechnology by applying CADD to support medicinal chemistry decision-making. • Led design of a patent-circumventing radiopharmaceutical pipeline now in clinical stage, achieving ~3× potency improvement with improved tissue distribution.
