Responsible for international business operation at Everest Medicines, a company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative products licensed from the US and Europe companies in Greater China and other Asia Pacific markets. The company currently has 8 innovative product assets in the infectious diseases, oncology and internal medicine fields.

• Recruited and supervised a research team working on immunotherapy drug discovery for oncology and inflammation. • Led multiple programs aiming to modulate T and NK cell function and key inflammatory cytokine pathway. • Supervised all research activities including in vitro assay, in vivo model development, target validation, MOA studies and milestone progression. • Mentor of postdoctoral program to pursue basic and translational research in immunology and IO.
