1. Manage Contract Manufacturer to execute forecasts for materials driving and resources needed to support KPI performance (Customer Request Date, Buffer Stock build level, Line down, and Refurbish & RMA clearing target). 2. Manage Contract Manufacturer to fulfil the ad hoc orders for customer satisfaction. (Demand on top of forecast or sudden order received). 3. Forecast analysis then reporting the unusual demand to the master planner. (Fluctuation and balance to go). 4. Track and manage Contract Manufacturer KPI performance; react if needed. Chair monthly meetings to review and drive for Corrective Action & Preventive Action if any. 5. Liaise with the Contract Manufacturer to analyze exposure cost on the end-of-support/end of-life products then collaborate with the master planner to mitigate the exposure cost. 6. Lead the Contract Manufacturer, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Planning & Material Engineering team to deal with the issues encountered in the production line, e.g., ECO related, Qualification, Yield, Qualities, material AOS, line down, shipment stop & etc. 7. Facilitate the department’s LEAN program to meet yearly goals - Support Kaizen, Project Kaizen & Daily Kaizen. 8. Manage Contract Manufacturer on the production re-layout or production expansion to meet the ramp plan and product transfer project timeline. 9. Lead the cost-saving project opportunities identified by the organization/management. e.g. material localization, scrap cost reduction and any other assigned by the Manager. 10. Working with procurement and open market team for publishing the exposure material to the open market bids. Establish & maintain a process/procedure. 11. Perform analysis & do the prioritizing & material allocation base on customer actual order 12. Review and approve rework quotes from the contract manufacturer. 13. Verify the Purchase Price Variance quote from the contract manufacturer before place PO.
