I am responsible for legal & Compliance affairs . At the same time, as the head of public affairs, I am in charge of maintain/develop the relations with related government department, Chambers of commerce, industry associations and other relevant third parties. Meanwhile, I am also in charge of the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) volunteer activities locally. I have nearly 15 years of legal experience in the field of human resources services, especially in the local implementation of policies of multinational enterprises and the establishment and improvement of the compliance system of legal affairs. And have rich experience in labor disputes settlement and enterprise personnel compliance management. I graduated from the department of international economic law, East China University of Political and Law. I am on studying an EMBA program at Xi’an Jiaotong University Now.
