• Responsible for sale order intake and plan delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery from overseas & local customer • Prepare Procurement Plan based on market forecast demand • Source, negotiate and evaluate vendor options based on the prices, quality for project management • Prepare weekly/monthly purchase & sales analysis to make the correct buying decisions to maintain an optimal stock level • Coordination across departments such as Engineering, Warehouse Management, Production to ensure daily operation run smoothly • Liaise with overseas & local vendor to ensure timely delivery • Maintain good relationships with vendors to promote fair dealing • Highly usage for SAP in daily operation such as Purchase order issuing, creating sales order, monitoring, and track stock levels, maintaining purchase & sales price • Problem Solving with vendor & customer from local and overseas to ensure all parties satisfaction will be met • Leaded a group of students to study for automation to improve efficiency for the whole department daily operation
