Manuscript title: Single Cell Transcriptomics Reveals Opposite Roles of Shp2 in Myc-driven Liver Tumor Cells and Microenvironment (Cell Reports) Specific key terms: Hepatocellular Carcinoma, cMyc, Shp2, B-catenin, macrophage polarization. Co-lab manager: Lab safety, IACUC mouse protocols, Controlled Substances, Lab Safety, properly documented lab resources and general management of existing lab processes and implementing additional procedures.
