Juniper Networks acquired BTI Systems April 1, 2016. As a member of the HR M&A integration team, collaborated with Juniper HR colleagues to ensure seamless transition of BTI HR activities into the Juniper HR infrastructure. In addition, as a member of the global benefits M&A integration team, maintained the management of the BTI China and BTI UK plans and, on Juniper entity set up, transitioned responsibilities to Juniper. Managed the transition and closure of the BTI Canada, BTI Singapore and BTI US plans and completed all benefits plan termination activities.

Managed HR operations in a hybrid service delivery model and supported an employee base of 270+ globally.
