Review bylaws for the units (schools), councils and the state of Arizona. Coordinate a bylaws committee consisting of the president of the Arizona State PTA and other board members to create a cohesive set of bylaws for each level of PTA in the state that reflected a clarity, consistency and continuity.

This committee brought together a diverse group of seasoned parliamentarians working together for one year to develop strategies and goals that will shape the future of the California State Association of Parliamentarians.

The Bylaws Committee was charged with receiving, correlating, and perfecting the proposed amendments prior to submission to the State Convention/Annual Meeting each year for two years.

Planned and coordinated all facets of the Southern Area meetings, including catering, speakers and presentations by Professional Registered Parliamentarians.

Served as Parliamentarian for all Twelfth District PTA meetings - including all membership meetings, special meetings, and Board of Directors meetings. Duties included chairing the Twelfth District PTA Bylaws Committee, being the conduit for the 120 units and 7 councils within Ventura County for bylaws amendments to the California State PTA and from the California State PTA to the 120 units and 7 councils, presenting workshops and trainings Ventura County wide on both parliamentary procedure and bylaw amendment procedures, and availing myself to all Twelfth District PTA members for questions and phone consultations on parliamentary procedure and bylaw amendment procedures.

Served as Parliamentarian for all Conejo Council PTA meetings - including all membership meetings, special meetings, and Board of Directors meetings. Duties included chairing the Conejo Council PTA Bylaws Committee, being the conduit for all 20 units within the Conejo Valley for bylaw amendments to Twelfth District PTA and from Twelfth District PTA to the 20 units, presenting workshops and trainings Conejo Valley wide on both parliamentary procedure and bylaw amendment procedures, and availing myself to all Conejo Council PTA members for questions and phone consultations on parliamentary procedure and bylaw amendment procedures.

Presided at all meetings of the Conejo Council of PTAs - including executive board, general and special. Prepared agendas, coordinated leadership workshops, speaker presentations, seminars and trainings for all PTA members and non-members alike.

Coordinated the registration and credentialing of all members from the National Associations of Parliamentarians and the California State Association of Parliamentarians attending the convention as delegates or dignitaries.

Worked with campaign committee and team members to coordinate a city-wide campaign. Sent out mailings and helped coordinate lawn sign distribution resulting in his winning the seat.

Coordinated all campaign-related events: meet-and-greets, coffees and speaking engagements, lawn sign distribution, interviews, letter-writing and press releases resulting in her winning the seat.

* Coordinated the Reflections Program * an arts art recognition and achievement program for students * for all 21 councils and out-of-council units that comprise Thirty-Third District PTA.

Facilitate and present workshops on meeting management efficiency and parliamentary procedures.

Responsible for taking minutes in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, at all meetings of the association, sending meeting calls and correspondence to the membership, planning the association event at the National Association of Parliamentarian's convention, and managing the secretary's duties as they pertain to the eNAP website. As secretary I am also membership chair ex officio and responsible for the duties that pertain to that committee as well.

Worked as part of a team to perfect the existing bylaws of the Arizona State Association of Parliamentarians.

Responsible for all social media marketing for the Law Office of Loyd C. Tate. This includes working with the company's website, and several of Mr. Tate's personal and professional social media sites, in order to further promote the law firm.

Assisting with all social media marketing (tweeting, blogging,email campaigns, etc.) and administrative duties (proofreading, copyediting, help desk, OS tickets, excel spreadsheets, answering phone calls and returning messages, scheduling appointments, interfacing with clients, internet research, etc).

Coordinating, proofreading and copyediting the content of a monthly local community-based 44 to 46 page publication, interviewing people for different sections of the publication, coordinating with photographers and the area director for a fully finished product to meet publication deadlines. The mission of "Life on the Lakes" is to help the neighborhood of Val Vista Lakes continually grow its sense of community. I assist the area director in this by helping to connect residents, sharing their photos/stories, and introducing the best local businesses.
