Engaging with a challenger mindset has been the hallmark of my career (and life) as an advisor, advocate and activist in marketing and communications over the last 30 years. As the newly appointed Global Chief Executive Officer of Allison Worldwide and Vice Chair of Health at Stagwell, I’m excited to bring this ethos focused on growth, innovation and positive change to clients, team members and partners on a global scale. I’m known for driving transformation that changes how companies and the audiences they care about are approached, treated, shaped and talked about. I also embrace being an entrepreneur, working alongside positive gamechangers who see around corners. This is the impact I've strived to make in the world in my most recent role as WPP’s Chief Client Officer for Health and 11 years as CEO of GCI Health as well as while Chief Communication Officer for the pharmaceutical company, Organon. My advocacy work for women and their health continues! This started in my early days when I received a masters in women’s history to then leading marketing at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and continues now in my roles as a Jhpeigo board member and corporate engagement advisor to the Center for Reproductive Rights. Partnership is key to our success to drive real change for women. I’m open to conversations and connections of all kinds that can inspire positive change across the marketing and communications spectrum. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that progress, purpose and positive outcomes happen when we all work together!
