Processing of new job requests/orders and scheduling field crews, request new proposals and new/updated survey quote requests from Owner. Process paperwork for real estate closings, private party surveys and billing for time. Prepare partial and full waivers, notarize (Illinois Notary) and request checks from Title companies. Handle company emails, phone calls and customer inquiries. Order office and field supplies, truck plate renewals, I-Pass, insurance, professional and vehicles, certificates of insurance,new hire paperwork and verification, print payable checks, mail and anything needed by the Owner or staff.

Process and verify healthcare provider's credentials and licence numbers, contact sales representatives regarding compliance issues within specific state guidelines, orientation and training of new contract hires, assist in audits and research as needed and other miscellaneous special projects as needed from the department supervisors and managers.
