I am the creator and host of the Boomer Banter live show and podcast. Weekly, I interview experts around topics like family dynamics, health, aging well, and other things that are important to be aware of as we age.

I specializing helping people transition in their careers as well as transition to meaningful, fulfilling lives after they leave their lifelong careers. I know how important it is to have a champion, someone who believes in you, who will listen and be supportive. Someone who trusts that you know what is best for you and walks beside you with encouragement and powerful questions to help you become who you are intended to be. Going through a transition between jobs or into another phase of life takes varied skills. I have a process developed through life experience and through my coach training, that will help you stay focused on the end vision. I would be honored and excited to walk this journey with you.

iJET University will deliver organizations training to protect their people, supply chains and assets from an increasing number of threats worldwide. As Director, I am leading the development of the Web portal that will enable e-commerce and enterprise delivery of both on-line and on-site learning experiences. I work with Subject Matter Experts to develop curriculum, and enhance it to be delivered on-line or in a virtual classroom environment. I work with marketing to develop the look and feel of the website as well as marketing our offerings. In addition, we are working to develop and deliver internal training and awareness programs through our new Web portal.

KidzArt is a drawing based, art enrichment program that emphasizes creativity, self-confidence and fun!

Center Director. Sold tutoring programs, hired teachers, trained teachers, designed programs for the children.

Provided Leadership Development training, as well as new hire training. Worked with department heads to define criteria for open positions.

Led implementation teams, designing and delivering software solutions to government clients. Developed and delivered customized training on the solutions we delivered. Selected by employees as Manager of the Year and received excellent reviews from all clients.

Started the US LinkWorks Expertise Center. Worked with the engineering team in The Netherlands to develop support protocols and training on the product. Presented at trade shows, delivered training at locations around the world on the application.
