Receive over 1000 calls per a week, providing clients with answers to their questions and concerns. • Problem-solve and research issues to help clients better understand the banking industry. • Mange client inquiry through online services (email & chat). • Place Foreign Currency orders through a brokerage for clients traveling abroad. • Utilize selling techniques to open checking and saving accounts for new and existing clients. • Assist branches by sending completed forms for clients to finalize. Develop an effective phone selling technique involving:  Listening carefully for key concerns of the customer.  Finding a way to interest a potential buyer in the product.

Work with customers on a daily basis by either answering the phone or by accepting and processing their deposits, withdrawls, or loan payments. I maintain and balance the cash drawer, vault, and atm. I also sell our products and services to interested customers.

I worked with customers on a daily basis. I started out as a cashier then after working their for a couple years I became a deli clerk. I waited on people who received lunch meat and raw meat. I also executed new ideas to improve our catering department. After working there a couple more years I was trusted to open and close the store when needed and had supervisory responsibility over all other employees. I also placed orders with sale representivies.
