Working with the Total Rewards domain, I have been a consultant on a number of projects including both phase 1 and phase x deployments. My key responsibilities include; delivering design workshops, gathering customer requirements, mapping out business process flows, support with testing and building the customer's tenant for all stages of the project through to going live. I have taken on lead consultant roles on Advanced Compensation projects. This involved presenting design sessions to clients, working alongside them to capture requirements and give guidance on how best to configure this in Workday.

Working in an HRIS team I was the Absence and Compensation SME, during my time at the company I was part of the a project team which delivered global annual pay review process for 22,000 employees across 9 countries.
