Responsável pela gestão das equipes S.R.E de Infraestrutura e Operações Cloud de todas as unidades de negócio do grupo Casas Bahia. Operação de todo o parque tecnológico de servidores e armazenamento, replicação de dados, Data Center, sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux, Vmware, DNS, AD, ambiente Cloud Azure. Suporte à toda estrutura S.R.E de operações e projetos.

Responsible for managing the email infrastructure operations team, supporting the Linux servers (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc), and virtualization (Xen, Kvm, Ovirt), email service products (postfix, dovecot, proxysql, rspamd, etc) in addition to projects. Responsible for managing the Support Infrastructure team, structuring and organizing a high-performance team to support the environments of all Ultra’s Group companies: As the team responsible for the entire Ultra’s Group server park, with approximately 3500 servers between physical and virtual, Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems. Virtualization of servers and applications with VMware and Citrix solutions. Management of the backup infrastructure, storage, and data replication. Responsible for the Cloud journey initiative (AZURE and AWS). Administration of the entire messaging and collaboration environment, such as AD / ADFS, Anti-spam, Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Office 365 journey, Skype, among others. Management of DNS, DHCP, Corporate Antivirus, encryption, System Center environments. Administration of the Data Center infrastructure and backup site. People management, support to the Manager in budget management of IT infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX, ITIL methodology, management of contracts and technology suppliers, leasing and acquisitions. Strong performance in technology aimed at serving the organizational areas, strategic planning, process analysis, IT operational risk management and environmental management with support to the projects of all business units of Ultra, Ipiranga, Ultragaz, Ultracargo, Oxiteno, Extrafarma and Corporation.

Responsible for managing the Unix / Linux server park and data storage for all Ultra’s Group companies: I managed the entire park of Unix servers, Linux RedHat, Oracle Linux. Acting as one of the main responsible in the definition, acquisition of solutions and execution of the migration project of the Ipiranga Data Center from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo, mainly in the solution of data storage and replication. I managed the Veritas Netbackup backup solution, applying improvements, updates and guiding for the best market practices. I managed storage equipment HP XP and EVA, EMC VNX and EMC Recover Point for data replication, in addition to SAN Brocade Director Switches. I was one of the main responsible for maintaining the production environment and providing infrastructure for the projects of all business units of Ultra, Ipiranga, Ultragaz, Ultracargo, Oxiteno, Extrafarma and Corporação. Acting as one of the main responsible in the definition, acquisition of solutions and implementation of the Data Center backup DRP, being the main responsible for the data storage. Supporting management in conducting the area, in systemic evolution, CAPEX / OPEX budget control, and decision making. I worked at Ultra’s group as a consultant managing Unix / Risc environments, Linux RedHat, servers in general, Veritas Netbackup environment, data storage solutions such as HP XP and HP EVA storage, in addition to Switch SAN Brocade Director. I lead the virtualization and consolidation project of the RISC environment and was responsible for the design, implementation, and migration of the SAN environment and data storage in the data center renovation and modernization project.

I continued as a senior analyst in Sun Microsystems hardware and software solutions. I worked with a great focus on mission critical environments of large customers, mainly involving large servers, cluster, data storage with storage and data protection. I interacted strongly with Sun Microsystems engineers for customer service. I actively participated in Sun Professional Services projects managing the main activities with the client and capturing opportunities for improvement. I supported the development and training of new analysts.

I worked as a support analyst in hardware and software solutions for Sun Microsystems. I worked in the installation and maintenance of the entire line of RISC / UNIX equipment from Sun Microsystems, data storage solutions such as Storage Arrays and Storage Backup. Got specialized in the installation, maintenance and administration of the Unix / Solaris operating system, Veritas Volume Manager volume manager, and backup managers like Veritas Netbackup, Legato Networker, among others. I managed High-End Enterprise 10000 equipment and the entire SunFire High-End line, from several customers. I worked in answering technical calls directly with Sun, participating in systems integration projects and implementing projects directly with Sun Professional Services involving SunCluster and Veritas Cluster, Oracle RAC and SunFire 15K.

I exercised the function of office boy and later administrative assistant until 1996, then entering the IT area. I worked as a computer support technician, maintaining equipment with hardware, software and configuration problems. Installation, configuration, and assembly of new machines. Administered MS Exchange 5.5 internet mail server and client configuration in versions 4.0 and 5.0. I worked with installation and network administration in general, including cabling and connections. Installation of Windows NT servers and administration of LP 64K Data lines for interconnection with other units, management of the microinformatics environment and service to the end-user.
