Learned to use Deloitte’s internal system AS2 and Engagement Management System, studied computer software such as Outlook, Lync, Staff Scheduling System during work and mentored new interns; Led and motivated 3 teammates to finish 120 Bank Confirmations according to information given by clients; Processed original data of more than 10 balance sheets, adjusting and testing about 8 projects, reported reasonable advises and conclusions to leader.

* Listened to and took notes of other security companies’ daily analyzing reports, then shared notes with managers * Collated and translated semiannual reports of over 100 listed companies, collected and summarized related news together with team members * Analyzing information in security software to make data table of fund flow and block change every day, and compose trend analysis * Developed relationships with 2 group of new clients as a member of Business development team.

* Sorted everyday documents related to businesses of foreign exchange and international settlements, and made presentations * Collaborated with investors using fluent English and Chinese , set up relationship and helped finish businesses * Mentored and trained 2 new interns, imparted duties and provided guidance, supervise and motivate new hires.
