Animal Supply Co. is private equity backed by The Halifax Group and has more than doubled in size in 2013 vs. prior year. Participated in the establishment of the Corporate Headquarters in the Dallas, TX area: • built out the corporate financial planning and analytics and field finance teams; • implemented the tools and processes to close and consolidate five business units representing ~$1B in annual revenue; • developed a comprehensive management reporting package; • supported PE sales efforts including three-statement financials, five-year projections, and pitch book development; • actively participated in the assessment, due diligence, and integration of five acquisitions ranging in size and scope from a $10m asset purchase to a $40m full line business with its own ERP; • established a data warehouse and BI analytics platform; and, • supported and negotiated amendments to credit agreements.

Communicate operating results to executive team and perform supporting analyses for $1B+ residential HVAC segment. Develop guidance and supporting processes to consolidate forecasts from four operating units. Provide ad hoc analyses and tools in support of strategic decision making around manufacturing and sales strategies.
