I was chosen to manage the Compliance team transition and integration following a company sale. I conducted comprehensive analyses to pinpoint integration needs and crafted a detailed transition plan with milestones. Throughout the project, I monitored activities closely to ensure timely completion and provided regular program status reports to the Bank’s Head of Change Management. I was promoted to oversee Operations and Strategy for BNPP Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America) at the parent company level due to my demonstrated proficiency in transformation and expense control. In this role, I was responsible for driving efficiencies and overseeing operations across the Americas, leading a team of 40 global professionals. Additionally, I managed a Compliance budget of $600M and reported directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. Highlights of accomplishments in this role include: • Oversaw compliance reporting, finance, technology, and transformation functions across the Americas. • Established a comprehensive due diligence program, building a high-performing compliance team to address inefficiencies and consolidate functions, leveraging one team across all countries in the Americas. • Implemented organizational, process, and digital transformations, utilizing global service delivery model, automation, AI, and offshoring strategies to achieve cost savings of $160M. • Presented transformation initiatives to the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and Banking Regulators.

I was promoted to lead a team of 9 analysts and managers dedicated to finance transformation, expense reduction, and transparency, cultivating a cost-conscious culture. I developed detailed methodologies for cost allocation and constructed financial models to allocate support team expenses to business lines. In this role, I reported directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance. Highlights of accomplishments in this role include: • Designed finance operating model with centers of excellence to increase productivity and reduce costs. • Implemented a methodology to develop fully loaded expense reports for transparency across business lines. • Led expense reduction projects by identifying areas for cost reduction, resulting in $200M in savings including branch closures based on profitability insights.

I led a team of 7 financial analysts to consolidate and analyze financial results, drawing upon extensive expertise gained from previous roles in financial planning analysis. My responsibilities included overseeing corporate-level consolidation, including forecasts, annual plans, and division targets. I managed a budget associated with $3B revenue, 10K employees, and 700 branches. Highlights of accomplishments in this role include: • Led forecasting, modeling, and annual budget activities, created presentations for CFO and Board, and built and strengthened relationships with businesses to understand revenue and performance issues for better forecasting. • Implemented CapEx module and spending tracking process, improving project budget management and allocation efficiency.
