▪ Research and develop Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows for smart manufacturing ▪ Apply Harness Engineering and Context Engineering principles to design scalable AI agent infrastructures with workflow orchestration, tool integration, and RAG capabilities ▪ Research Vision-Language Models (VLMs), multimodal AI systems, and transformer Models ▪ Perform model quantization, benchmarking, and optimization to improve AI deployment efficiency, scalability, and edge inference performance

▪ Develop full-stack AI applications and scalable RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI, React.js, and AWS cloud technologies for production deployment ▪ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, serverless architectures, and cloud-native solutions to automate deployment, monitoring, and system scalability ▪ Lead digital transformation initiatives in MLCC manufacturing through AI-driven software and hardware solutions to improve process efficiency and quality ▪ Architect, train, and deploy deep learning models (CNNs, YOLO) for high-precision computer vision defect detection and classification ▪ Research and prototype advanced LLM workflows including Graph RAG, Multi-Modal RAG, and Self-RAG

▪ Led process ownership of the Sheet Coating operation for Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC) ▪ Championed Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline and improve process efficiency ▪ Designed and conducted Design of Experiments (DOE) for lot qualification and new product introduction ▪ Solving problem with San Gen ( Genba, Genbutsu, Genjitsu) and PDCA Methodology

6 Weeks Internship Production Engineering -Familiarization of Data analytical tools (JMP, Excel VBA and ImageJ ) -Establish plan prioritize and execute Engineering activities -Propose plan & implement quality preventive/ improvement activities -Collecting data required to make process improvements and/or modifications and reduce process waste

-Maintenance of daily data extraction and visualisation for Tableau Lot Rejection Rate (LRR) report -Use of Tableau for other KPI reporting -Use of Excel VBA and Python for automation

The programme emphasizes on AI theory, techniques and tools to solve real world problems with multiple types of constraints, e.g. problems with limited training data and big data problems. Equipped with both theoretical and activity-based learning, this will allow graduates to upgrade their competencies and skills. -Skills : Computer Vision, Generative AI , Deep NLP and Fundamental of Machine Learning
