Consulting in project development and monitoring of construction of molds for companies in Brazil and partners in China. Development designs of plastic molds injection / blowmold in the automotive, electronics and white goods sector. As well as monitoring of building tools and Try-outs for vendors scattered throughout China.

I was hired to lead an engineering unit TWGroup 8 Chinese in Shenzhen, China. The company molds built in China for companies located in Italy, Brazil and US. My main role as a leader in this area was to be the bridge between the countries cited by ensuring that the tools built in China were manufactured exactly according to the standards, rules and requirements of customers applying all my know-how in plastic molds. Chinese officials directed directly through weekly meetings and directly on their computers to ensure the goal of every company in the design and construction of various tools that reached 50 tons. Constantly dealing with Chinese / English / Italian languages. Accompanied with the Chinese the try-outs in various tooling spread in China along with travel to some countries in Asia. Effected the engagement and leadership of the team reporting the entire plan to the director of the company. Helped the visits of Brazilian, American and Italian clients in their stays in China helping with communication and development of their respective work in China.

Projected plastic molds with UG-NX and Pro Engineer software for automotive, electronics and white goods industry with a diverse range of models, dimensional and technical complexities, internal and external parts of Automotive use Ex: Internal Side Panel Doors, Columns A, B, C, Fender Line, deflectors, mirrors, sills, bumpers and other instruments panels. Since the development of the surface areas until the final closing of the mold design involving the entire system including hot runner injection, the whole system including extraction negative areas, and cooling system. These projects had a very large degree of responsibility because they were made in Brazil and the construction of molds made in Italy, China or Korea. Accompanied Try-out on customers both in Brazil and abroad by analyzing the product and approving the same. Performed studies to budget for feasibility studies and tools. Worked in teams to develop solutions and feasibility (DFM) product with the engineering of the automakers. The project met direct and indirect customers such as: (Plascar, Faurecia, Visteon, PSA, Fiat, Volvo, Scania, Ford, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, General Motors).

Projected plastic molds with complex geometries and consistent mechanisms (injection / blow / roto-molding / thermoforming), performed modifications and upgrades to existing products, according to the plan and requests the company performed this work through the 3D / 2D modeling with ProEngineer software. Projects met both direct and indirect, such as customer: (Visteon, PSA, Unipac, Volvo, Scania, Ford, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Mann Filter, Monsanto, Parker, Intermed, Lorenzetti etc ...) Performed meetings to analyze pre-design and product design before starting development, monitoring technical information through technical reports (schedules and follow-up) for the implementation of tools .Atuava team in developing materials for specific components for injection and blow molds , conducting research aimed at discovery of new production methods and new solutions in industrial components that meet quality standards and operating instructions area. Used instruments and devices related to the field, including three-dimensional CNC to perform product design, modification and maintenance tools and measurement.
