Electronic products development for automotive application: infotainment, parking sensors, vehicle tracking/recovery, anti-pinch DC motor controls, vehicle security alarms and ultrasonic ADAS; Support project manager to assess the electrical specification and costs estimation for new projects; Design hardware architecture, schematic block, DFMEA, CBOM estimation and EOL testing strategy; Schematic and PCB design (ALTIUM ECAD) for analog/digital applications, spice electrical simulation (Simetrix); Design For Manufacturability (DFM), stack-up definition and gerber revision (ViewMate); Experience with radio frequency communications and EMC/EMI tests (CISPR12, ANATEL, FCC compliance); Support software designer to define architecture/requirements, debug tests and software development tests; Create manufacturing documents: gerbers files, BOM, insertion diagram/panel, pick and place, schematics; Management work tool: Jira and SAP user; Component homologation for replacement due cost reduction, performance or obsolescence; Electronic laboratorial activities: oscilloscopes, SMD rework solder station, spectrum analyzer, ESD, climatic chambers, pick&place machine; Development Test Board and basic test firmware C++ (STM32CubeIDE); Board failure analysis down to component level, finding root cause and providing corrective action; Developed electronics products compliance with automotive standards (as VW80000, GMW3172, ISO16750-2, ISO26262-5); Managing the technical issues, certification and performing tests at customer's centers to reach the technical approval. Review the schematics comparing with the application notes, contributing technically as a hardware team member in an R&D electronic project; Material acquisition (BOM) to assembly prototypes; Electronic laboratorial activities for performance test.

Intern Project Goal: Development of DC-DC converter using 4 parallel full bridges non synchronized reducing the ripple amplitude and improvement of the analog set-point reference; Acquired basic knowledge of power electronics, analog references using high precision 20 bits DAC, program 8 bits microcontrollers and debugging boards and software.
