Participated in the financial advisory service for the M&A projects (especially in the infrastructure sector) of the Chinese companies investing in Brazil; Supported the Chinese companies in Brazil for project financing, DCM and FX demands; Prepared the research reports on Brazilian macroeconomy, financial markets and industrial analysis.

· Identify the main areas of interest for investment and partnership between Brazil and China. Map opportunities regarding environmental and social responsibilities from private sector, government and financial systems. · Propose “Issues-Ideas-Impacts-Partners” framework to Chinese companies in Brazil, trade council in Chinese embassy and other associations. Seek entry points to help Chinese companies with their challenges from environmental regulations and local communities. Encourage impact investment aligned with Sustainable Development Goals.

· Participated in the project Over-Bound Merger and Acquisition between China and the United States. Mapped preferred M&A industries in the US based on the tax cut policy, CFIUS investigation process and trade war. · Completed the initial analysis of 17 countries along One Belt One Road routine, from four aspects including business environment, foreign investment, economic considerations and sectors, as one chapter of the annual report Navigating the OBOR initiative’s opportunities.

· Drafted a proposal for the project 14 Important Investing Opportunities during Recent 15 Years. Analyzed the factors affecting each of those opportunities based on macro-economic trend, liquidity condition and government policy. · Participated in the project Financing Approaches for Local Governments under the New Regulations. Provided local governments with adjusted financing methods of issuing bonds, making policy bank loans and conducting the Public-Private Partnership projects. · Submitted weekly and monthly reports. Edited articles in official Wechat Account of Strategy Research.

· Promoted financial services on behalf of Danish state-owned Export Credit Agency to Chinese companies. Arranged meetings between Danish financial officers and representatives from Chinese banks and companies. · Helped Danish Administration of Investment, Invest in Denmark introduce the Danish wind power industry to Chinese companies to encourage investment in Demark.

· Participated in the project The Coordinated Development Strategy of Gas in Beijng-Tianjin-Hebei, collected the relevant data and constructed prediction models of gas supply and demand till 2020. · Participated in the project Study on Distributed Energy Resource Reform, designed questionnaires in the survey on the economic development and energy consumption in Beijing and Nanjing.
