Responsible for the Infineon Memory (FLASH, SRAM,RRAM,etc.) IP Licensing Business Development in Great China. Focus on strategy ，customer relationships and opportunities. License Infineon proprietary embedded memory technology to fab & fabless companies. Identify and engage potential licensees, promote IPs, negotiate and close license deals. Maintain and grow the existing customer base while developing new accounts. Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets. Make sure all license activities are compliant with regulatory requirements

Take the role as Engineering Program Manager, responsible for the operation from silicon out to mass production Release. Evaluate the cost and timeliness of packaging, testing from OSAT and even in design verification . Generate the release criteria of silicon design /process verification testing . After release to production , monitor the yield and issues in whole product life cycle.

Take ownership of SOC testing application projects (including projection, estimation,development, handover to the customer and product ramp-up). Responsible forapplication development and coordination of colleagues and third-party vendors in agreement with the application management. Prepare and work out customer quotes and project estimation in alignment with the Application Management and ensure proper tracking and reporting of application projects. Drive a team and be directly involved in a customer’s first article application for new solutions and features. Prioritize tasks among the team. Ensures that all customer inquiries are responded to on time and professionally. Provide technical guidance and leadership for the team as part of application development projects. Coordinate on-site and offsite support activities for customers (including ramp-up support for production at customer site, onsite trouble shooting, technology and methodical support). Cooperate with Sales and Marketing to support business of system sales.

SST was accquired by Microchip in 2010/4 Involved in Several Foundry/SST Flash Process Technology Qualification for TSMC , UMC, GlobalFoundry, SMIC , GSMC ,Silterra , XMC, CSMC ,etc . Take OwnerShip to Qualify the IP products for NXP, Synaptics, SK-HYNIX , Qorvo, Skyworks ,Linear Tech,Nordic, Fudan Microelectronics,HED,NationZ Tech,etc. Coordinate with Design/Process/Marketing team to freeze process for successful launching of new products & IP for different foundries and design houses.

Product & Test Engineering,focusing on MCU , Standalone & Embedded Flash Memory Product Development & Testing. Take responsibilities as a program manager and lead the team to evaluate 1st silicon of new technology and do the product verification from the phase of design to the phase of production release .

Work with customer to introduce new products into the facility. Do the correlation and qualification of new products. Study feasibility of setting up capacity for new products。Collect the production data to do the engineering experiment to optimize the process of the production, Prepare the special work document(ECN,SWR etc) and coordinate when special process is met. Work with process engineer and quality engineer to find and fix the potential quality issues existed in the product and process. Performing electrical characterization for new products; Facilitating new product production release; Identifies and implements yield enhancement programs for both new and existing products.

Product Engineer General responsible of IC testing operations, technicians, work plan and projects. Control and perform given production schedule. Show data. Achieve operation standards and objectives Improve productivity.

Take the responsibility for the manufacture process of "Thick Film Hybrid Circuit", especially in "Pin Assembly" and "Coating" working procedure. Can control the quality and quantity according to the schedule. Also have the knowledge of Tenryn and Creative SMT machine.
