• Provide post-sales technical supports for LAN Switching & Routing, Wireless & Network Security and traffic management or other Systems solutions. • Implementation of network projects • Create and maintain document as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records using MS Office products like Word and Visio. • Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery. • Deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, WAN-accelerators and other hardware. • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry • Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades • Configure networks(LAN/WAN) to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes • Identify, diagnose and resolve network problems as needed • Have good communication skills among colleagues, distributor and principals • Job duties, responsibilities and task is subject to change and is not intended to be all inclusive • Maintain and configure Internet Load Balancer, Firewall, Core Switches, Huawei, WIFI APs and others • Ensure network has been configured and set up according to project requirements / specifications. • Conduct on-site proof of concept activities and follow up with user acceptance test. • Perform installation, troubleshooting and prepare technical documentations for projects and support cases. • Responsible for creation and tracking of trouble tickets and service request tickets and resolution of escalated support incidents. • Implementing and supporting various vendor product, technologies in various emerging solution

Description: - Involve in UAT preparation activities. Such as design test cases / test steps and upload to UAT system - Perform end to end system testing. This comprises of executing systems tests according to test plan through various systems/channel (i.e. executing of system tests requires data to be entered through trading platform, etc.) - Ensure that all test steps are executed accurately and test results are as per expected test results from the test plan. - Highlight any variance and raise defect if test results varies from the expected test plan. - Track defects and ensure all re-tests are performed in a timely manner. All defects must be tracked until closure. - Able to communicate effectively with PO, vendors, IT during testing and defects resolution. - Maintain a detailed screen print all test steps and test results in a methodical manner. - Assist on collating statistics for reporting requirements.
