Project: Design of controllable and facile 2D material fabrication process. • Achieved patterned growth of various 2D material nanoplate arrays with uniform shape, thickness, orientation, periodicity and size. • Studied the growth mechanism for the controlled growth on modified mica. Project: Design of nanostructures based on the controllable fabrication process. • Achieved the patterned interfacial heterogeneous In2Se3 /Bi2Se3 and In2Se3/Graphene by controllable growth and micro-transferring methods. • Characterized the heterogeneous structure via Raman spectroscopy.
