Job responsibilities: - Responsible for third-party eCommerce platform management (Lazada and Shopee). Main task includes store daily operation and sales. - Responsible for e-commerce platform event planning, event copywriting, event theme creation, promotion, new online activities for key events, festival planning as well as the implementation of promotion activities. - Develop better plans for platform advertisements, shops, and visual of e-commerce channels, and cooperate with design teams to manage visual and promotional copy of marketing activities. - Use various tools to monitor the marketing process to improve the conversion rate, and make professional data analysis on PV/UV/sales/jump rate/conversion rate, which can objectively and reasonably evaluate the effect of the activity and establish activities profile. - Competitor reviews, monitor competing products and study their marketing strategies. Pay attention to the marketing planning techniques of excellent shops in the same industry, such as promotion, advertising appeal, copywriting style, and optimize according to store’s performance.

Responsible as the main liaison between advertising agencies and the client (MAGGI Malaysia). Involved in execution & management of projects which materials lived in the following mediums - TVC, Print Ad, Microsite, Digital video, Radio, OOH LED, Online Banners & KOL Management.
