• Project Management - Host internal/external meetings, arrange meeting topics, progress and timing, record action items, meeting minutes, and action items follow up. • Schedule Planning - Base on customer’s product launch time and CPU develop time to discuss schedule with each function (EE, SW, BIOS, ME, Thermal, Audio…) and factory, consolidate their timeline into one schedule. • Pilot Build Planning - Make sure components and material are fulfilled before each build. Check system location (at which work station) and follow up status after build before shipping out. • Analytic Problem Solving - Make sure each issue been delivered to the right function and PIC to avoid issue pending. • Budget Control - Access NRE from internal functions when new function or material scalping in when receiving customer’s request. - Collect workforce, headcount, samples demand to propose to customer before project formally RFQ. • Cross-Function Communication • Cross-Function Team Building

Tracking case progress and schedule plan. Coordinating between engineers and clients for case progress. Assisting clients with test laboratory reservations. Organizing EMC/RF regulatory certification application documents for electrical products.

Managing backend operations for Amazon, 91app, Shopee, PChome, and Pinkoi platforms. Planning and executing promotional activities and advertising placement. Identifying and visiting potential clients. Organizing and managing customer data. Tracking orders and managing accounts receivable. Providing customer service and addressing complaints.
