Introduce, setup, and deployment of MES Quality-related systems for AMS Osram's first fully automated 200mm Wafer Fabrication Plant in Kulim, Malaysia. Key systems included the Lot Disposition System, Electronic Failure Catalog, and MES Reaction System functionalities, designed to address SPC and FDC violations with features such as hold lot processing, unscheduled tool downtime handling, and lot rerun management. Proposed system solutions to meet user requirements and authored detailed user stories for development. Designed test cases and scenarios, conducted blackbox testing for newly introduced MES capabilities, and documented results in the test management system Gathered and authored requirements and functional specifications for new and existing MES modules or solutions. Collaborated with developers to implement these on low or no-code platforms, ensuring realization of desired capabilities. Conducted system capability assessments and presented technical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and supporting informed decision-making. Application owner for MES application – (1) Lot Deviation Management system and (2) Lot Start and Planning system • As 2nd level support for both MES applications to enable production run 24*7 Responsible for gathering user requests, testing, aligning, planning, and executing rollouts. • Took responsibility for creating and revising test cases, performing thorough testing to ensure error-free functionality and expected performance before deployment, minimizing interruptions to the production floor. • Provided off-hours support to address day-to-day operational issues to ensure lot start as planned without interruption and deviation lot block without escape and release without any delay. • Worked as MES on-call team Coordinator for Oracle database migration • Led and coordinated pre-requisite activities for the Oracle 19c migration for global sites • Set the Case_Sensitive parameter, performed password rehashing, conducted testing, and completed necessary configurations for the Oracle 19c migration. Established best practices and shared them with global sites and cross-functional teams for consistent implementation.
