During my internship, I had the invaluable opportunity to work under the guidance of a senior engineer, assisting in various aspects of control systems. My primary responsibility involved coding controllers for water gate and pump control systems, where I gained hands-on experience in languages such as the command langueges of the EPIC controller to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, I participated in factory acceptance testing, collaborating with the team to ensure that the control systems met the required specifications. This involved test planning and execution to ensure the reliable functionality of the systems. Furthermore, I gained practical experience in wiring control panels, working closely with the technical team to assemble and connect electrical components while adhering to wiring diagrams and implementing proper grounding and insulation techniques. Throughout the internship, I engaged in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration with the team, which deepened my understanding of control systems and their practical applications. Overall, my internship provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in coding controllers, conducting factory acceptance testing, and wiring control panels for water gate and pump control systems, all under the mentorship of a senior engineer.
