Performance store receiving, storing and checking incoming cargoes in good condition. * Picking and packing of goods in the warehouse. * Checking, inspecting stocks received and ensuring the accuracy of quantity in warehouse and also perform check on physical quality. * Arrange delivery of stocks to customer premises. * Loading and Unloading of cargoes from containers * Maintaining and servicing of warehouse tools & machinery. * Maintaining good housekeeping, clean and safe environment in warehouse. * Update daily inbound and outbound cargoes into SAP system. * Perform cycle count/stock count in inventories. * To perform any other responsibilities /tasks assigned by Manager - Visiting Job Site to ensure loading and unloading safety and space.

*Response to all tracing enquiries initiated by both customer and DHL station promptly, efficiency and courteously, utilizing available computer systems (SAP) and observing standard tracing procedures. *Provide a tracing service for customers and DHL station for any undelivered consignments. Ensure all customers complaint are dealt with both speedily and satisfactorily. *Monitor Deliveries to consignees or returns to shippers. *Complete all necessary documentation for undeliverable package and ensure all documentation for accurate records for undeliverable reports. *Weekly meetings with Supervisor and Manager for failures deliverable reports and ways of improving solution for corrective actions. *Picking & Packing Packages, monitor all goods to be process and taken measure for the quality check and deliver to forwarders to send out packages. *Goods receiving for in stocking to inventory, ensure all country of origins (COO) labels is on the goods. *Ensure safety precaution for my teams and colleagues. *Report to Operation Manager & Senior Operation Manager & perform all operation duties as assigned. *Coordinate staff function in support of operations on the worksite ground floor
