-In charge of the whole supply chain management, including procurement, QC & Logistic, to guarantee them running smoothly. -Define working responsibilities and procedure for all three departments base on ISO9001, clarify input & output between departments for seamless connections. -Control the supply chain as a whole picture in order to lower the total cost for projects. -Gain orders from brother companies with low cost advantage(do supply chain work instead of themselves), and win much profit for company.

-Strategic purchasing management—— global procurement with the help of group; combine same categories from different projects as batch; sign agreement with supplier for bonus back base on annual total contract value; relate contract payment terms with price. -With low cost country advantage, we do supplement for all group BUs. In this case, it can help lower project cost, and even become a new profit point. -Rich experience of many different kinds of categories, including steel works, machine parts, castings, hydraulic, lubrication and electrical parts, which make me be good at procurement work for equipment comprised with lots of categories materials. -Do the cost analysis for all categories base on knowledge of production process, then give support to sales team for new projects budget and daily inquiry of procurement work with the target price. -Searching potential suppliers information from different kinds of channels, such as, suppliers who are working for our competitors, secondary suppliers, OEM, in order to get better service and preferential price. -Continuously improvement of equipment localization, including new supplier sourcing, technical clarification with help of SQE, trial-manufacture, price bargain, contract, quality control and final acceptance. -Considering the supplier’s workload before order release to avoid any delay caused by job clash. If clash can not be avoided, I will give my plan which made refer to project time schedule, and monitor supplier to execute my plan strictly. -Pay close attention to raw materials price fluctuation for strategic reserve according to requirement, and give assistance to financial department for cost accounting. -Key user of company SAP system— weekly/monthly report; new supplier maintenance; purchasing order data collection; support for financial department and negotiation with IT department for functional module improvement.

- Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, build and maintain good relationships with them - Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality - Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors - Negotiate and agree contracts and monitor their progress, check the quality of service provided - Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers

- Be the primary contact for transportation related activities related to all domestic and international shipments - Align and develop export / import management processes and procedures and train others to ensure all international shipments are complying with -customs regulations - Research and advise correct use of incoterms - Monitor import clearance and/or export delays and work with the Broker, Supplier and/or customer to resolve and clear Customs in a timely manner - Provide classification support, overall interaction with Customs authorities, brokers, forwarders and relevant government agencies - Keep informed as to current laws and regulations governing the importation/exportation of goods
