Experiences: • Extensive research experience in Antibody/recombinant protein for cancer/immunotherapy (Antibody/Protein engineering, expression, purification, bioconjugation, and characterizations). • Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of protein purification, biophysical and biochemical characterization methods such as Kingfisher, AKTA, Biacore SPR, Octet BLI, cSDS, HPLC/UPLC, SEC-MALS, cIEF, DLS, CD, DSF, DSC, LC-MS, UV/Vis spec, ELISA, particle analyzer, FTIR, SEM, TEM. • Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of in vitro assays such as Flow cytometry/FACS, Confocal laser scanning microscopy, cytokine release, T cell activation, ADCC, TDCC.
