Currently working under the System Security team: - Working on Symantec PGP & SEP-related issue. - Working on Unix/Linux related BAUs (create IDs, grant access/permission, reset/unlock ID & password, etc). - Assisting on TMDS Deployment & Troubleshooting via different OS (Windows, RedHat, AIX, Solaris). - Managing OwnCloud & file verification-related requests. - Involved in FireEye AX-related issues/troubleshooting, and projects. - Experienced in deploying & troubleshooting Carbon Black EDR. - Experienced in MDM solutions like Maas360/ABM/JAMF. - Experienced in Qradar (SIEM), Google DLP, and investigation on suspicious/malicious emails. - Monitor & analyze alerts, generating reports from CBR & TMDS for monitoring purposes.

Was working under L2 SOC (Blue team): - Monitor/analyze alerts from CBR(EDR system). - Update SOC report - Perform analysis task - Know basic searching function via squid proxy - Know basic function of Qradar (SIEM) - Dealing with emails that blocked by DLP. - Performed investigation on suspicious/malicious emails. Was working under Application Security - Execute BAUs everyday (unlock, activation, password reset, add/delete user). - Ensure only authorized personnel have access to the assigned functions. - Carried out Listing Review

• Focuses on providing services to Sharp’s customer • Main tasks are logging cases, arranging courier services, providing advises to customer, as well as selling parts for Sharp’s products. • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel.

• Assisted seniors in configured load balancers and switches. • Assisted seniors in switch installation. • Managed to learn some fundamental knowledge on networking while working. • Managed to reset and performed devices firmware upgrades for product like Ruckus, Edge-Core, Allied Telesis, Peplink.
