Working with protein/ligand structures to study binding sites, ligand-protein interaction, homology modeling and ligand docking. Analyzing the structure and activity relationship, generating pharmacophores and building predictive model via different regression methods. Trying to avoid potential risk of ADME/Tox such as P450 issue and permeability by computational methods and pharmaceutical experience in PK/PD. Optimizing chemical structures to balance the ADME/Tox (e.g., physicochemical, metabolic, toxicity) and pharmacology (e.g., efficacy, selectivity).
